All the 4- options shawls you see listed in my shop are made with special care and love. To every shawl I attach a label with drawings of all 4 options and a sticker with QR code that links you directly to my website where you can watch the movie clip and learn more about how to use the shawl.

 

Payment

 

I accept payments through Paypal.You do not need to sign up to use their service, and can pay directly through their site by credit card.Israeli customers can pay directly to me by phone 050-2500456

 

Shipping

 

All order will be shipped by registered mail to your address provided, unless otherwise noted.

 

Order items will be shipped 1-5 business days from the payment’s clearing date.Shipment from Israel takes up to 14 days within Europe and 21 days overseas.but please note that occasionally delivery may take a few more days.

 

Shipping and customs fees will be paid by the buyer.

 

Shipping to a third party is possible if you wish your item to be a gift. Please let me know and provide the address.The receipt will be sent to your address.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

 

If for any reason the shawl you bought do not meet your expectations, let me know.

I will work with you to make it right!

 

Customer service is very important to me, you are important to me! You may return any unused item you purchase for an exchange in 30 days. Sent the unworn item back in a new condition with the original packing and let me know which item will you like to get instead. All shipping fees will be paid by the buyer.You may return an unused item you purchase for a refund within 10 days of you receiving it. item must be in perfect unworn condition. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges and 5% of the price (according to the law in Israel). There are no returns on custom made orders.

 

I will make the refund after I get the item back in new and unused condition.

Additional Policies and FAQs

 

Colors can be slightly different from the photo.

Most of the shawls are one-size (US 8-12, EU 38-42) unless other size is mentioned. Contact me for orders of other sizes.
